0057 CHILE, Campo De Hielo Norte- Patagonia- Chile

Campos de Hielo Norte, is an ice field that has an area of ​​approximately 4200 km² , and is entirely within the region of Aysén of the Republic of Chile. It is approximately 120 km long in a north-south direction and 50 to 70 km wide (depending on the latitude) in an east-west direction.
Some geographical points of interest within the CHPN include:
Further to the south, and separated by the Isthmus of Ofqui , is located the glacier San Quintín , unique glacier language in the zone of sustained growth in the last years.
